Mother, Mystic Poet, Medicine Woman are three words I could use to describe me, but really there is no one title that could encompass the depth and breadth of what I am - because I am a WOMAN.

I know you feel that too.

You are so much more than the limiting titles of the roles you play - even though there is value in those roles.

You are a shape shifting wild, wise and whole woman dancing through the seasons of life.

You carry meaning, depth and living wisdom that longs to be expressed - but there’s no space for it on a resume or a checklist.

At heart, I’m the grown up version of who I’ve always been - a self permission giving slightly disruptive creativity cultivator with a boundless sense of possibility.

In this life season of Sagessence, my soul calls me to a fierce, fun & fertile mission to birth a new paradigm for women’s health, vitality, wellbeing and freedom that honors our innate power, potential, purpose and agency.
