I’m a Menstruality & Conscious Menopause Mentor, a Daring to Rest Facilitator, and Nia Movement Artist & Somatic Educator who has supported hundreds of women to reclaim their rest, rhythm and flow and awaken to purpose so they can live a more integrated and sustainable life - on their own terms.

My signature process - Embodied Soul Connection is a somatic resonance journey and a pathway to Whole Body Presence for intentional living, where you will cultivate self healing, self knowing, and self leadership so you can live, love and lead with more clarity, courage, and confidence.
